Small and romantic weddings have become a forever-trend. This Carmel Valley Wedding at Los Laureles Lodge for Heejin and Sam is no different.

I remember first talking with Sam about their wedding day, and getting to learn more about them! Heejin had rented a room from Sam’s friend of the family, and she had mentioned about meeting this boy named Sam. It honestly was not long until they met in Monterey, spent time together, and fell in love. Sam moved his life up here for Heejin, and is now going to be your local favorite lawyer (calling it now). Heejin works at DLI and teaches a language to our military students. Lord help her, because I know our sailors and soldiers can be crazy sometimes! Teaching is not easy, but she is so good at it and loves what she does!

Sunny and a bit windy. This is what makes up Carmel Valley most of the time. The weather was perfect on their wedding day as close family and friends gathered around under the oak tree for a special and intimate wedding. We had family fly all the way from South Korea, Hawaii, and The East Coast! Talk about destination for your family! It was worth it though, because the twenty-something who attended were all there to celebrate love of these two and watching two families turn into one.

It really does show that it can only take months for someone to fall in love, that you know they are the ones they want to be with for the rest of their life!
