When I was visiting France in 2014, I remember taking the trip out to Normandy to see Mt. Saint Michel. Along this bus ride, we stopped at the bath, and enjoyed the views of the valleys in France. You can see for miles all the beautiful trees, lakes, and historic homes. It was one of my favorite trips to date, and inspired me to one day (hopefully) live in France. When I decided to host a vineyard wedding in California, Aloria Vineyards came to mind. On the top of the hill, you can see for miles. The air was so fresh and clean. This wedding featured a little bit of country side of France, along with Pantone’s color of the year gray and yellow. An incredible team came together to make this romantic, simple, and warming.
When putting this together, my focus was to make this simple and beautiful. I loved that Tristan went all out for the desserts and made some beautiful treats for us to display. Our stationary was yellow and had printed flowers that really made this feel like it was “country-side vineyard” material.
Using the motivation word of minimal, we kept our Model’s hair and makeup to look classic yet elegant. On our farmhouse table as our guest table, a simple green table runner with white plates and gold eatery (with a gray napkin), we were able to make this look so classic! Our ceremony as on top of the hill with a wooden arch made by one of the owners of the vineyard! Our sweetheart table displayed a beautiful bouquet of flowers with bird cages as the other setting piece. We ended the day with a beautiful sunset that overlooked the valley!
California Wedding Vendors
I could not have done this shoot without the wedding vendors involved. They all came together to make this vision come to life. Plus, it was so much fun getting to support new vendors from all over California, including Gilroy and Murphys! Thank you so much for reading this blog about my favorite Vineyard Wedding in California!
