Golden Hour Photography

I had the honor to photograph Jasmine and Brian’s engagement session, and their blog here will showcase some beautiful golden hour photography. Personally, beaches are my favorite to photograph weddings at because of golden hour, and this session here, was definitely sunny and golden!

The moment I met these two in the parking lot of the beach, I felt their positive energy! They were truly so excited to be there and to finally have their engagement session. Both Jasmine and Brian are hard workers. Brian is a district manager for In-N-Out and oversees a few locations. Plus, they just had a baby, so Jasmine is taking good care of their child and keeping the little one healthy. Personally, I love when two adults take time for just each other and enjoy a well-deserved evening for photography and fun!

What I love about Palm Beach is that this location has so many spots where you can shoot beautiful moments between the two. Grassy areas, small sand dunes, and a large flat area for the couple to walk right along the water. There is something about seeing the mountains of San Jose in the background, with birds flying and water calmly reaching shore.

Both Jasmine and Brian were radiating with good energy. Getting to chat with them, I realized that my truly favorite couples are the ones that I can connect with, be myself with. 99% of my couples allow me to be me, and love me for it. Jasmine and Brian were one of them. We hung out and just laughed at so many things as if we have been doing this for years. It once again reminds me why I love this job. It’s all about having fun, and delivering beautiful and memorable images while doing so. Best of both worlds, if you ask me. Enjoy some more of my favorites from their engagement session!
