Nothing is more romantic than having a picnic on the beach in beautiful Monterey, California. The sun setting along the ocean, warm snuggles with your loved one, and a drink in hand. It’s simply perfect. Kris and August enjoyed their evening together eating pizza, donuts, and relaxing on the beach.
I collaborated with Picnic By The Sea Monterey to create this perfect evening. They decided on light, pastel colors for the picnic set up. The colors included pinks, blues, and some gray! There were feathers set up as the center piece, candles on each side, and pillows for seating comfort. The beach was Monastery Beach, perfect location for a picnic. The weather was in the high 50’s with a warm sun and no breeze.
The picnic started with Kris and August pouring some Aha Sparkling Water, doing a toast to love and being a happily married couple. For dinner, they had a few slices of pizza from Pizza My Heart. Of course, donuts are the way to go, so for desserts, some donuts from Monterey Donuts .
By the end of the picnic, after enjoying some alone time, I was so excited to get some romantic shots in! I had Kris and August snuggle up on the beach. They took a walk, and of course, can’t end the evening without a casual photo facing the camera.
