Carmel Beach Engagement Session

The work-ban for photographers has lifted so it’s an exciting time because sessions can now be shot for all the incredible couples! This includes John and Carolyn, two truly wonderful and joyful people who met in High School, during their senior year. I am so excited to share with you their story and their Carmel Beach Engagement Session.

When Carolyn first reached out to me, I knew right away that she and John were going to be forever in love with each other. I loved getting to know more about them! A questionnaire was sent and what made me giggle is that after 10 years of being together, John FINALLY popped the question! They are planning a beautiful wedding and of course, they have a fur baby (Bentley) who will be in the wedding. They love him so much they wanted to add this sweet boy into the photo session. Of course, I said yes! Obsessed dog mom here, so why wouldn’t I accept?

Their engagement session consisted of ice cream at Carmel Bakery followed by the beach. We started their session on a bench with some beautiful back light where Bentley was so eager to get some of that ice cream. Then we finished up at the warm and hazy beach in Carmel. It was packed with beach-goers and dogs but these three were all for the adventures on the beach!

Carolyn, and John. Thank you for trusting in me to serve you the best way I know how! I loved getting to know more about you, and I wish you two nothing but love as you continue your life together (and successfully run an IG for your doggo).
